Minore League PYL Regulations Division 3-5
"MINOR LEAGUE PYL REGULATIONS" is the governing program of structure No. 2 of "CENTRAL PYL" that is, "MINOR LEAGUE PYL" from which technical and technical-methodological guidelines develop, as well as commercial referring to instruction and training to prepare you for PYL Games, also in relation to the projection, planning and development of events of "Competitive Games" in the "ZONE PYL".
